Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Richard Castro has built his career around people, service, and helping others reach their goals.

Before transitioning into real estate, Richard managed large-scale operations in the food and beverage industry, including serving over 17,000 guests per night at TD Garden, home of the Boston Celtics and Boston Bruins. Richard is also a respiratory student with aspirations in anesthesiology. These diverse experiences have shaped him into a strong communicator, problem solver, and attentive listener who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

Additionally, Richard brings extensive knowledge in creative finance, off-market property acquisitions, and portfolio building for both new and seasoned investors. He specializes in identifying profitable opportunities and exit strategies tailored to each client’s specific timeline and income goals.

Richard believes great service starts with understanding what his clients want to accomplish. He takes the time to learn their goals, identify opportunities, and connect them with the right resources to help them move forward. Outside of work, Richard loves spending time with his wife of 10 years and their children, especially escaping into the New Mexico mountains.
