Sell Your Home Fast. Get Cash Offers Now.
Considering a sale as-is or on a shorter timeline? Talk with our local team about investor offers, a possible purchase by Scarborough Realty Group, and the terms that matter to you.
A request starts a conversation. It is not a purchase offer or a commitment to sell.
An investor sale may mean accepting less than a retail-market sale in exchange for as-is convenience or more suitable timing. Compare actual seller costs and written terms, not just the headline price, to decide whether that tradeoff works for you.

Understand our role before you decide
Scarborough Realty Group is a licensed New Mexico real estate brokerage. Scarborough Realty Group or an entity it controls may offer to purchase your home. An agreed purchase contract may also be assigned to another buyer where permitted by its terms and applicable requirements. Scarborough Realty Group may earn a profit from a purchase, resale or assignment.
We explain the proposed buyer, our role, relevant costs and material terms before you enter an agreement. Our role as a possible buyer is distinct from acting as your listing broker.
How the review works
- Share a few basics. Tell us the property address, your connection to the home, your timing and how to contact you.
- Discuss the property and possible options. Our team reviews condition, occupancy, access and your goals. If you would like, we can also discuss investor offers available through our network of local investors.
- Compare any written proposals. We may make a separate purchase proposal. Compare price, seller-paid costs, inspections, contingencies, possession and closing terms. You choose whether to move forward.
Investor availability and purchase terms can vary by property. We do not promise an offer, a particular price or a closing date before the property and proposed terms are reviewed.

Common questions
Does a request obligate me to sell?
No. Sending this form asks our team to contact you. Any purchase requires its own written agreement.
Do I need to repair the property first?
You can request a review before making repairs. Tell us the general condition so we can discuss an as-is option and explain any inspection or repair-related terms in a proposal.
Can you review an inherited or tenant-occupied property?
We can review the possibility. Ownership authority, title, leases, occupancy and access may affect the available options and next steps.
Are all investor offers from Scarborough Realty Group?
No. Our network of local investors may also present offers. Any proposal from Scarborough Realty Group is a separate proposal. The proposed buyer and material terms should be clear in each written offer.
How will I know whether a proposal is better for me?
Look beyond the headline price. Compare seller-paid costs, inspection and financing conditions, timing, possession and estimated net proceeds. If we believe our proposal is a better fit, we will explain the specific differences rather than promise that our offer is always superior.
What if a direct sale is not the right fit?
If you want to consider a traditional listing, we can discuss it as a separate brokerage service. You are not signing up for a listing by requesting a direct-sale review.
